It was only today that I realised that I was doing comics involving soccer practice during the world cup, shows how little attention I pay to these things.

Also, I know Percy is kind of in a position where it would actually be really hard to knock him off the roof, he'd have to be smashed through the vent first, or side-swiped with the ball REALLY hard. But if Percy is thinking best case scenario, Bill is going to be thinking worst case. Buut, maybe he's over thinking things a little here...
